HOW FAR IN ADVANCE WOULD WE NEED TO SCHEDULE THE PICK UP DATE?
This question is very important to us too. We organize ourselves with all clients according to their needs, so communication is key to success. Our customers are mostly located in LA county so we need about a few hours notice if it is an emergency but for other service request 24 hours is better.
WHAT TYPE OF PERMITS DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE?
Ortega's Freight Services, LLC has all kinds of permits. We are legally constituted as Limited Liability Company, also have the US DOT, California (CA) Permit and Motor Carrier (MC) Permit. We provide with commercial insurance and W-9 if the customer requests it.
WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE AND CAN YOU PROVE IT?
Ortega's Freight Services, LLC is commit with customers. Our company has commercial insurance (General and Umbrella) also count with Cargo coverage. A Certificate of Insurance its available for all customers that need it.
